Moussa Bathily is a growth-focused marketing executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record of scaling brands and driving significant revenue increases. As Head of Marketing at Unilever's Sundial Brands, he spearheaded community engagement and commerce initiatives, traveling extensively across the globe to cultivate brand loyalty and drive consumer demand. This work was instrumental in Sundial's acquisition by Unilever for over $1.6 billion.

Prior to Sundial, Moussa played a key role in the meteoric rise of Ricky's NYC, contributing to a revenue surge from $1 million to $70 million over a decade. His contributions spanned the entire business lifecycle, from concept to daily operations.  He also honed his retail expertise by developing the strategic blueprint for Mayvenn's retail expansion, designed to synergistically grow its online presence and unlock substantial profitability and valuation growth.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Moussa is the founder of House of Bacaro, a Dakar-based beauty concept store that bridges Senegalese culture and its diaspora through beauty, art, and dialogue.  He holds degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from Baruch College and resides in Brooklyn with his wife and three daughters.  Originally from Thies, Senegal, Moussa is passionate about leveraging his expertise to create impactful experiences and build thriving communities.
