I'm a marketing executive and entrepreneur passionate about building brands and driving growth. At Unilever's Sundial Brands, I led global community engagement initiatives, contributing to its $1.6 billion acquisition. Before that, I helped scale Ricky’s NYC from $1 million to $70 million and developed Mayvenn’s retail expansion strategy. I also founded House of Bacaro, a beauty concept store in Dakar celebrating Senegalese culture. Originally from Thies, Senegal, I now live in Brooklyn with my wife and three daughters, always seeking to create meaningful connections and thriving communities.
